Location

Office : [Kalewadi, Pune, Maharashtra ] – Travel required across Maharashtra (up to 70 % of the time)

Deportes is a sustainability‑focused brand that combines sports infrastructure development with tree‑plantation and gardening projects. We’re growing fast and need a go‑getter who can keep our operations running smoothly and our stakeholders engaged.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and analyse data in Excel (track project milestones, budgets, inventory, etc.).

- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and partners across Maharashtra.

- Support marketing & sales activities with basic English communication (emails, calls, presentations).

- Assist in planning and execution of plantation drives, sports events, and community outreach.

- Travel to project sites, meet clients, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Desired Profile

- Age: 22 – 30 years (young, dynamic, eager to learn).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic macros).

- Strong verbal & written English (basic fluency is sufficient).

- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable traveling within Maharashtra (overnight stays as needed).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills (optional)

- Basic knowledge of sports facility management or horticulture.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools.

- Prior internship or part‑time experience in operations / admin.
