Job Title: Executive / Officer – Land Revenue & Compliance
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience Required: 2–5 years in land acquisition and compliance in real estate
Qualification: Graduate in Law/Commerce/Arts (with exposure to land revenue work)

Job Purpose :

To support the land acquisition and compliance team by handling day-to-day operations such as land record verification, documentation, and liaison with government authorities for revenue and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining land records including Khasra, Khatauni, Jamabandi, and Mutation.
• Support land acquisition due diligence and documentation.
• Follow up with government offices (Patwari, Tehsildar, UDH, Municipality, etc.) for approvals and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain records related to RERA, UDH, and other real estate regulations.
• Support senior team members in land conversion, demarcation, and zoning approvals.
• Maintain updated compliance trackers, MIS, and documentation for internal and statutory purposes.
• Assist in resolving day-to-day land-related issues and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Competencies

• Basic knowledge of land revenue processes, mutation, and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and liaisoning skills with local authorities.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping ability.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of land acquisition and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
