Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote hospital/organization services.
• Coordinate with the design and digital teams to create promotional materials (flyersbrochuressocial media postsetc.).
• Plan and manage marketing eventshealth campsand community outreach programs.
• Maintain and update the organization s social media pages and website content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports on marketing activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partnersvendorsand media representatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in MarketingBusiness Administrationor a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketingpreferably in the healthcare/hospital sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Creativity and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Knowledge of healthcare marketing trends.
• Experience with Google AdsSEOor email marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
