EXECUTIVE N - SAFETY

As an Executive Level N - Safety at our company, your role will involve ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and contractors in the plant. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting safety induction for new employees and contractors - Organizing periodic safety training, mock drills, and toolbox talks - Attending safety meetings in the plant and addressing safety points - Conducting Safety rounds and sharing observation reports daily - Promoting safety awareness through signage, literature, and campaigns - Driving Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) programs and safety culture initiatives In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for: - Conducting safety audits, inspections, and participating in internal and external safety audits - Performing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) - Monitoring contractor safety performance and compliance - Ensuring compliance with fire risk assessments and emergency response plans - Reporting and investigating all incidents and near misses - Maintaining workplace safety, compliance, and legal regulations - Managing safety department budgets and ensuring timely procurement of safety resources Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma in Industrial safety recognized by State Board of Technical Education and Training or DGFASLI - 1-3 years of relevant experience If you are passionate about ensuring a safe working environment and have the necessary qualifications and experience, we would love to have you join our team.,
