As a Sales & Marketing Assistant in Cochin, KL, IN, your primary role will involve supporting the sales team in generating accurate dealer-level sales reports and sharing them as required. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating and sharing accurate dealer-level sales reports to assist the sales team - Providing timely services to dealers by ensuring availability of sales aids like shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kits - Offering logistics and operational support for Unit level initiatives and activations, as well as during new dealer account openings - Assisting in gift settlements for the sales workforce as per scheme closures on the system - Coordinating with the HR department for employee life cycle activities such as Joining, transfers, and separations - Optimizing processes to reduce time and cost involved - Reviewing and monitoring overhead budgets against actual spend on a monthly basis and reporting any observations Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Coordinating with Vendors for outstanding amount closure and quarterly balance confirmation within defined timelines - Ensuring safety and statutory compliance for offices and warehouses - Maintaining and displaying all statutory records as applicable in the premises - Updating compliances in the statutory portal (GRC) as per the due dates - Conducting Safety Mock drills in warehouse and office premises periodically and submitting findings for process improvement Please note that this role requires a proactive individual who can effectively support the sales team and contribute to the overall efficiency and compliance of the business operations.
