EXECUTIVE N - PROJECT SALES ADMIN

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant located in Secunderabad, TG, IN, your primary responsibility is to support the sales team in achieving business objectives. You will be tasked with generating accurate dealer-level sales reports and sharing them as needed. Additionally, you will assist dealers by providing relevant sales reports, credit notes, debit note workings, and scheme-related communication within specified timelines. In terms of servicing, you will ensure timely provision of sales aids such as shade cards, collaterals, and dealer kits to dealers. You will also offer logistical and operational support for Unit level initiatives, activations, and new dealer account openings. Furthermore, you will assist the sales workforce in gift settlements based on scheme closures and coordinate with the HR department for various employee life cycle activities like Joining, transfers, and separations. Your role will also involve process optimization where you will identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce time, and minimize costs. You will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring overhead budgets against actual spend on a monthly basis and reporting any observations. Vendor management will be another key aspect of your job, requiring you to coordinate with vendors for outstanding amount closure and quarterly balance confirmation within defined timelines. Ensuring safety and statutory compliance for offices and warehouses will be essential, including maintaining and displaying all applicable statutory records on the premises, updating compliances in the statutory portal (GRC) as per due dates, and conducting safety mock drills periodically for process improvement. Overall, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales and marketing initiatives, optimizing processes, managing vendors, and ensuring safety and compliance within the organization.,
