Job Description

This Opportunity is with UNM foundation, CSR arm of Torrent group;

Utilities & Infrastructure Maintenance for Lakes;

Oversee installation and upkeep of pumps, water systems, filtration, and irrigation networks.
Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervise outdoor lighting, power distribution, and safety systems.
Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards.
Manage plumbing systems including pipelines, valves, drainage, and water management.
Maintain stormwater drains and sewage connections; resolve leakages and blockages.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely execution.
Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct inspections and report operational issues to the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical (preferred with MEP experience).
Knowledge of engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP)
