Job Description

Role Overview: As an Executive - Implementation Planning at WPP Media, you will be part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) working collaboratively with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Your role will involve developing strong relationships with Client Servicing and Activation teams, ensuring flawless execution of plans, supporting Media Planning Managers in campaign delivery and performance tracking, conducting research, compiling data, and providing optimization recommendations. You will also collaborate with creative agency partners, Activation teams, and Ad Operations to ensure successful campaign launches and optimizations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strong relationships with Client Servicing and Activation teams for flawless plan execution. - Communicate effectively across all levels of the team and practices. - Support Media Planning Managers in campaign delivery and performance tracking. - Conduct research, compile data, and provide optimization recommendations. - Collaborate with creative agency partners and Activation teams for successful campaign launches. - Create trafficking sheet templates and collaborate with Ad Operations. - Prepare data for reporting and analysis. - Assist in the management of testing plans for campaigns. - Contribute to internal case studies for sharing best practices. - Meet with vendors and attend presentations to build knowledge of the media landscape. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field. - 1-3 years of B2B program marketing experience, preferably in the technology field. - Knowledge of media planning principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels. - Familiarity with media buying, negotiation, and contract management. - Problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities. - Proficiency in basic Office programs, including Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for media and advertising with a desire to expand knowledge.
