About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support business operations across multiple industries, including service and retail-based businesses. The role involves monitoring daily performance, preparing reports, coordinating tasks, and supporting management with administrative and growth-focused initiatives.

This is a long-term position for someone who wants to grow alongside the business and become a trusted part of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track daily sales, expenses, and operational performance from multiple business units.
  • Prepare summaries, dashboards, and analytical reports highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • As a Marketing Associate, you will play a hands-on role in executing digital and local marketing campaigns. You’ll work directly with ownership to design promotions, run ads, manage social media, and track results. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, variety in work, and creative problem-solving.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company and financial information.
  • Take initiative to suggest process improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Manage calendars, reminders, and follow-ups for management.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Ads

  • Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.
  • Support SEO efforts for websites and Google Business listings.

Content & Social Media

  • Manage and grow social media profiles for multiple businesses.
  • Create engaging posts, short videos, and promotions tailored to each brand.
  • Coordinate with designers/photographers for high-quality content.

Local Marketing & Partnerships

  • Assist in creating flyers, posters, and event materials.
  • Support community engagement efforts (giveaways, local partnerships, sponsorships).
  • Help build referral programs and loyalty campaigns.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports.
  • Suggest creative ideas to increase customer acquisition.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred but not required).
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Manager (remote or onsite).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, reporting tools, and online collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, WhatsApp/Slack, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong integrity and confidentiality with company-sensitive data.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems without constant direction.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Previous exposure to operations in service industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, automotive, or food & beverage).
  • Experience preparing management reports and insights.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Long-term career mindset; seeking stability and growth.
