Executive - Marketing and Communications

As a Marketing and Communications Executive at Aashwast, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to reach our target audience. Your creativity and analytical skills will be put to the test as you research market trends, evaluate campaign success, and continuously improve our marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching and developing marketing strategies, and evaluating their success - Creating content for marketing campaigns - Staying updated on current marketing trends - Managing Aashwast's social media presence - Overseeing the online community of Aashwast Elders - Supporting offline marketing activities such as events, meetings, and orientations - Designing marketing collaterals - Communicating with external parties and media partners To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field - 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply - Strong customer/market focus and the ability to take initiative - Proficiency in computer skills and social media platforms, including Canva or other design software, as well as Microsoft tools like Word, Excel, and Powerpoint In addition to technical qualifications, soft skills such as willingness to learn, patience, quick thinking, and a mix of desk and field job interests are highly valued. Strong analytical, time-management, creativity, and excellent English and Marathi communication skills are essential for success in this role.,
