As a Material and Inventory Specialist, your role involves overseeing the receiving and unloading of goods, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining the inventory. Your responsibilities include: - Receiving incoming goods and supervising the unloading process - Counting and tallying the received materials - Checking for any damage or shortage and preparing detailed reports - Managing crane and hydra operations - Ensuring the calibration of torque wrenches and noor bars - Maintaining records such as Goods Inward, Day Book, and Daily inward/outward Register - Verifying MVAC operations - Arranging and completing inspections of materials - Maintaining good housekeeping practices in the storage area - Preparing documents like Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Rejection Memo - Ensuring all material handling equipment is in optimal condition - Sending necessary documents to relevant departments - Checking and counting goods before issuing and maintaining accurate records - Ensuring proper accounting of all stored materials - Following rules and regulations for the physical custody and preservation of stores - Distributing team responsibilities based on project equipment and material availability - Monitoring customer satisfaction to uphold the company's goodwill - Managing site containers, tools, and tackles inventory, including documentation - Generating purchasing details and reports - Proficient in ERP systems and SAP for tasks like PR, GRN, and MIS - Handling material receipts and preparing necessary documents in SAP - Entering data in the system for material receipts and issue notes - Issuing materials based on authorized requisition slips - Generating various daily cycle reports like MRR, MIN, DIN, MRN, P2P, S2S, Manpower, and Vehicle Reports - Creating documents such as MRR, IR, and GRN - Creating sales orders as per the required quantity Your expertise in inventory management, documentation, and ERP systems will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operations in the materials and inventory department.,
