Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls, Aruba network devices, and ClearPass NAC systems.
Monitor our global LAN and WAN infrastructure
Work with out external SD WAN provider in the resolution of WAN line outage
Troubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issues
Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
Collaborate with international teams especially in Singapore and the German HQ
Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions.
Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in network administration and support.
Hands-on experience with:
Checkpoint firewall configuration and management
Aruba switches, wireless infrastructure and clearpass NAC
Zscaler cloud security platform
Cisco routers (not mandatory)
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks and support cases with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
