Executive - IT Network Administrator

With global operations in over 150 countries, you will be part of a company that supports Knitting, Weaving, Felting, Tufting, and Sewing industries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support for network-related issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime. - Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls, Aruba network devices, and ClearPass NAC systems. - Monitor the global LAN and WAN infrastructure. - Collaborate with external SD WAN provider for WAN line outage resolution. - Troubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issues. - Address connectivity, performance, and configuration issues. - Work closely with international teams, particularly in Singapore and the German HQ. - Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in network administration and support. - Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewall, Aruba switches, wireless infrastructure, ClearPass NAC, and Zscaler cloud security platform. - Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols. - Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and support cases with minimal supervision. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience working in a multinational team environment is preferred.
