Executive - IT Network Administrator

Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. - Administer and maintain Checkpoint firewalls, Aruba network devices, and ClearPass NAC systems. - Monitor the global LAN and WAN infrastructure. - Collaborate with external SD WAN provider to resolve WAN line outages. - Troubleshoot and resolve zScaler Internet Access issues. - Collaborate with international teams, especially in Singapore and the German HQ. - Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and support resolutions. - Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in network administration and support. - Hands-on experience with Checkpoint firewall configuration and management, Aruba switches, wireless infrastructure, and ClearPass NAC, as well as Zscaler cloud security platform. - Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Experience working in a multinational team environment.
