Key Responsibilities and Tasks Following ups for issues in and updating reports for various location across globe. Getting report on nominated units from location agents and updating the same in the system. To get detailed & vital information from Sales Following up for containers LOB (loaded on Board), their expected time of arrival (ETA) as well as following up with customers for giving back Sarjak units. Ensuring timely and accurate updation of empty container details in the system, for availability report for Customer Service. Planning of containers as per container requirement (Using ICMS) which includes activities for getting back empty containers. Planning empty repo as per monthly projection from BDM in alignment with Inventory Planner Team. Requirements Minimum Graduate with about 01 to 02 years of experience in any Industry (Shipping / Logistics experience will be welcome). MS office proficiency is a must. Technical knowledge of Shipping Industry will be advantage. Skills: * Leadership * Networking * Digitally Adept
