Proven experience as an Agile Test Lead , with a strong background in SharePoint Roles-Based Access Control (RBAC) testing and data retention validation . Demonstrates hands-on expertise in SharePoint testing , including automation of archiving processes and retention workflows. Skilled in writing and executing test scripts , and adept at managing stakeholder engagement for proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives . Familiarity with Power Automate adds value to process optimisation efforts. Recognised for effective collaboration, and contributing to quality assurance aligned with the SOQM Controls framework .
