Executive - Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Executive / Sr. Executive position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience and is based in Hyderabad. As a key member of the Inside Sales department, you will report to the Head of Inside Sales and play a crucial role in expanding the global client base, particularly in the international IT SERVICES / Oracle ERP market, focusing on the UK/Europe regions. Your responsibilities will include conducting cold calls and targeted email campaigns to potential clients across international markets. You will be tasked with identifying and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and follow-ups, as well as maintaining accurate lead and opportunity information in CRM systems. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies, scheduling meetings and demos for senior sales representatives, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets are also vital aspects of this role. Additionally, providing regular reports and insights on lead generation and conversion metrics will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in international IT services or Oracle Cloud Segments. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a proven track record in cold calling and email outreach. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and a goal-oriented mindset are crucial attributes for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in selling IT services such as software development, cloud solutions, or managed services, exposure to global markets like North America, Europe, or APAC, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
