Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Generation

  : Forecast and achieve monthly consumable sales revenue from an assigned territory. You will actively seek out opportunities with existing customers to drive sales and promote our offers with competitive quotations.

• Customer Relationship Management

  : Ensure you meet daily customer connection targets and update the system with customer insights. You will build rapport and relationships to create value for our offerings, ensuring customer loyalty and minimizing losses. You will also track key performance indicators related to retaining and regaining customers.

• Problem Resolution

  : Drive customer retention by connecting with clients to understand any dissatisfaction. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders, including field service associates, to resolve issues related to printer performance, service quality, or order processing. You will also escalate matters as required to ensure a better customer service experience.

• Process & Documentation

  : Follow up with customers to finalize pricing and secure purchase orders. You will be responsible for entering up-to-date information into the

  CRM system

Required Qualifications

• Experience

  : A minimum of

  3 years of relevant experience

  in

  B2B sales

• Education

  : A Degree or Diploma in a Science or Technical field.
