Executive Inside Sales

You will be part of a dynamic team at Aissel Technologies, where we value individuals with the right attitude and persistence. Currently, we have an opening for the position of Executive - Inside Sales at our Hubli Office. As an Executive - Inside Sales, your responsibilities will include qualifying leads by evaluating their potential to become customers. You will be tasked with managing your personal performance daily, expanding our successful Sales initiatives targeting international B2B clients, and conducting lead generation, market research, and competitor analysis. Additionally, you will be creating prospect and customer databases, driving email campaigns, understanding business requirements, and routing qualified opportunities to the Sales Manager for closures. To excel in this role, you are required to identify sales opportunities through online searches, social media, and referrals. It is essential to stay updated on product and service information, as well as competitor offers. Collaborating with team members, especially channel partners, to build pipelines and close deals is crucial. You will also be responsible for creating monthly reports and presentations with sales data, as well as making sales presentations to potential customers. To be considered for this position, you should hold an MBA degree in Marketing or a B.E. degree with excellent oral and written communication skills. A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is necessary. Proficiency in using relevant systems, tools, and processes is expected.
