Role & responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable infrastructure and network solutions. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for hardware, networking, and OS-level issues. Administrator and troubleshoot Ubuntu Linux servers and workstations. Work closely with clients to diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues. Ensure high availability and performance of systems and services. Perform regular system updates, patch management, and backup strategies. Provide on-site support when necessary, including client visits. Preferred candidate profile Highly skilled and motivated Executive Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in networking solutions, CCTV, IP base Camera installation and the Ubuntu operating system, with a strong background in technical support and customer service engineering. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum of 35 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, networking, and technical support. • Expertise in networking solutions (LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, routing protocols, VPN, etc.). • Hands-on experience with Ubuntu/Linux server and desktop environments. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
