Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced and detail-driven HVAC & MEP Estimator to join our Construction Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in commercial and residential projects. Proficiency in tools like Procore, PlanSwift, and Accubid is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Estimate Preparation

• Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project documents.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Assess labor, material, and equipment needs.
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.

Bid Management

• Review RFQs/RFPs and prepare bid proposals.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate bids.

Cost Optimization & Value Engineering

• Identify cost-saving opportunities in design and construction.
• Apply value engineering methods to enhance profitability.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Communicate cost-related updates with clients and internal teams.

Market Research & Analysis

• Stay informed about market trends, material prices, and labor costs.
• Utilize historical data for cost forecasting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC and/or MEP estimation.
• Proficiency in estimating tools: Procore, PlanSwift, Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction codes, and building standards.
• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: General / UK / USA Shift (based on project requirements)
• Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite)
• Occasional site visits may be required
