Job Description

Executive - HR Service Delivery

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Specialist to manage key HR functions for our teams. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Background Check Verification:
Conduct end-to-end background verifications for new hires.
Onboarding:
Review and approve new hire documentation in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
WFH Management:
Upload quarterly and exception-based work-from-home data into the system and handle monthly deduction calculations.
Bank Account Coordination:
Collect preferred bank account details from new hires and update the tracker for coordination with bank representatives.
HRMS Reporting:
Submit regular cadence data, including confirmation, exit, and pre-joining information, to support HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
Employee Letters:
Draft and issue various employee letters, including Visa NOCs, Bonafide Letters, Resignation Acceptance/Service Letters, and Appointment Letters.
Leave & Attendance:
Assist with leave and attendance management as we transition to a new system.
Internal Audit:
Support and manage non-payroll-related internal audits.
