Preferred Candidate Profile -

Education Preference: Master of Social Work/Post Graduation Degree with specialization in Human Resources

Role & Responsibilities -

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Responsible for manpower planning and deployment of Blue collar and apprentice
• Co-ordination with Hiring Manager on open positions - Requirement gathering, Pre-Screening, Interview scheduling and Onboarding.
• Candidate negotiation and Offer fitment as per Internal pay parity in My Hiring Portal.
• Joining formalities and onboarding the new incumbent
• Handling recruitment consultants to arrange interview, pre-screening activities, maintenance of data pertaining to number of interviews conducted, number of final hires, the fill time for vacancy

Payroll & Statutory compliance:

• To ensure timely completion of payroll for Blue collar and Third Party staffing as per stipulated Timelines.
• To ensure Annual increment for Blue collar and Support staff Kelly in adherence to Minimum wages of Tamilnadu
• To ensure timely submission of PF and ESI compliance reports
• Monitor Attendance and Leave record of all permanent employees and 3P staff.
• Compliance of all the applicable labour laws and stake holder management
• Time office administration

Office Administration:

Canteen & Security Administration

• Responsible for Canteen and to ensure all compliances and safety protocols are adhered
• Responsible for conducting quarterly meetings for canteen committee and implement feedback received from the committee members
• Ensure Seamless operations of Canteen round the clock (24/7)
• Security administration
• MIS HR MIS / SAP reports.

Vendors Management

• Ensure vendor management with NO PO NO PAY Policy.
• Responsible to receive material and process payment of respective stakeholders.
• Responsible for keeping a tab of the number of vendor contracts and their timely renewal.

External Liaisoning

• Liaise with HR counterparts in industries in the vicinity and be seek information on HR processes, best practices related to Recruitment and other HR related activities.
