Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, employee relations, and engagement. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Fill manpower gaps for designated locations and ensure timely hiring.
  • Onboarding & Documentation: Complete joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Attendance Management: Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and ensure timely updates.
  • Payroll Management: Coordinate payroll processing by providing accurate inputs and resolving payroll-related queries.
  • Employee Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives for employee development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
