As an Employee Relations and Engagement Specialist at INTECH, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Execute plans for being in communication with all INTECHians for various occasions in their life events such as unwell, demise in their family, medical emergency, hospitalization, and dealing with anything professionally and personally. - Create and execute plans to provide listening to INTECHians by being in regular communication with them in a team or in person. - Ensure maximum participation in all INTECH Initiatives. - Participate in creating, scheduling, and managing employee engagement activities. - Act as a PR employee and culture champion at the organizational level within INTECH. - Handle occasions for employee connect such as new joiner connect in person/over the video call, congratulating newly-weds, wedding anniversaries, congratulating employees on child birth (maternity leave/paternity leave), being with employees during someone's demise in their families, congratulating employees on their promotions, and touching base with employees the moment they put in their resignation. - Keep the Employee Connect tracker updated for each employee connect to show the visibility of efforts put into building People relations connect with INTECHians. - Assist in Basic HR functions and support the leadership team at Ahmedabad. - Handle branding of events, employee gifting, and vendor coordination. Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills with a strong command over the English language. - Should be presentable, soft-spoken, and possess good listening skills. - Must be creative, open to learning, and have experience in employee engagement and employee relations.,
