Executive HR

As an HR Executive for a reputed manufacturing MNC in Verna Industrial Estate, your role will involve handling Labour laws and Statutory Compliance related to Factories and Contractors. You should have 1 - 3 years of HR experience and a Graduate/ Post Graduate qualification. Key Responsibilities: - Manage PF and ESIC Compliance effectively - Ensure adherence to Labour laws and Statutory Compliance - Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations Qualifications Required: - Graduate/ Post Graduate degree - 1-3 years of HR experience - Good understanding of PF & ESIC Compliance - Knowledge of Labour laws and Factories Compliance The company prefers candidates from Goa only with an age limit of up to 32 years.
