Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various labour laws such as PF, ESIC, minimum wages, and Bonus Act. This includes coordinating with compliance teams to ensure timely submission of statutory records. Additionally, you will be maintaining site-wise compliance documents as per client audits and SLAs. Your key responsibilities will involve supporting both internal and external HR audits, as well as assisting the commercial team by providing manpower data required for billing purposes. You will also be verifying attendance, overtime, deployment sheets, and client-approved records. Furthermore, you will be expected to coordinate with client representatives for the approval of monthly attendance and invoices. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of labour laws including PF, ESIC, minimum wages, and Bonus Act - Experience in maintaining compliance records and documents - Ability to coordinate with internal and external teams effectively Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
