Job Description

As a Country HR Manager, your primary responsibility is to support relevant business heads by providing overall country HR management for Head Office and other assigned locations. Your role involves closely working with the business to embed the corporate culture, engage employees, and optimize their performance. You will collaborate with corporate HR functions to ensure local implementation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives. Your insights regarding the people aspects of the business will be crucial in providing advice to line management and recommendations to corporate HR. Your other role specifics include: - Connecting with employees throughout their lifecycle to demonstrate commitment and support for their success - Applying local specifics to global HR policies and practices, ensuring clear communication within the designated region - Ensuring policies align with local legal requirements and corporate direction - Implementing and monitoring HR policies and procedures for full compliance - Driving culture-building activities and recommending initiatives - Acting as an ambassador of the organization's values and ensuring internal communication supports these values - Collaborating with the business to uphold customer service standards - Cascading the business strategy across all employee levels - Collaborating with the Recruitment team to ensure appropriate skills alignment within budget constraints - Overseeing performance management processes, induction training, and development initiatives - Identifying ongoing people development needs and implementing engagement activities - Advising, coaching, and guiding line management on people management responsibilities - Analyzing HR dashboards and taking action or making recommendations based on the data - Managing employee relations and serving as the employee point of contact for benefits-related issues Your tasks will include: - Mobilization and induction of new employees - Records and employee data management - Addressing performance issues and advising department heads on HR matters - Organizing staff events and handling terminations and resignations Qualifications, Experience, and Education Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, preferably CIPD qualified - Minimum 5-7 years of HR working experience - Proficiency in local labor laws and HR regulations - Strong MS Office skills and experience with HRIS - Experience in developing and implementing Performance Appraisal Systems Performance Metrics: - Employee development plan execution - Participation in career development programs - Employee retention and productivity - Profit per employee - Training hours per employee per year - Productivity rate before and after training - Adherence score to policies and procedures - Non-compliance measures across locations Mandatory Skills: - Fluency in written and spoken English - Self-starter with initiative - Discretion, integrity, and attention to detail - Flexibility in working hours and travel - Good listener and problem solver Preferred Skills: - Team leadership abilities (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.)
