Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Orchha for an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, managing the laundry services, training housekeeping staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role will also require excellent organization skills and effective communication with team members and guests.

Qualifications

• Skills in Laundry and Organization
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training staff and leading a team
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
