Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Malabar, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing customer profiles, including wedding customers, by understanding their requirements and showcasing products that meet their needs. Manage customer experience effectively. - Calculating and sharing estimates with customers, providing discounts within your limits, and obtaining approval from store leadership for further discounts to enhance customer service. - Checking and maintaining attendance and movement register in the store. In terms of Customer Experience, you will be expected to: - Greet customers upon entry to the store, engage with them to understand their requirements, and direct them to the right person or section. - Assisting customers during jewellery trials to enhance their overall experience within the store. - Executing customer experience guidelines set by retail leadership to ensure a uniform Malabar experience for all customers. - Conducting competitor studies to stay well-informed on products provided by Malabar and its competitors to effectively answer customer queries. Your responsibilities will also involve Sales Support, such as: - Monitoring and accurately recording customer data through interviews and observations. - Setting up and maintaining visual merchandising displays as per guidelines from the Central VM team to manage the overall store ambience. - Managing the overall store ambience by maintaining displays and supporting the store to adhere to VM guidelines. - Calling customers and leads to invite them for exhibitions, promotional events, and campaigns. - Actively supporting event management activities during store launches and product exhibitions. - Guiding customers to the waiting area, keeping them engaged, and ensuring they are supplied with refreshments. You will also be involved in Schemes, Internal Processes, and People Development: - Adhering to standard operating procedures in the store. - Analyzing customer satisfaction trends and reporting to senior management. - Continuously striving for self-development by seeking growth opportunities. - Ensuring adherence to timelines for completing performance appraisals and taking responsibility for identifying training needs and completing mandatory training programs and certifications for yourself.,
