Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Documentation Support:
 Coordinate with Sattva and internal teams (programs and functions) to support
the development of the 2025–28 strategic plan.
 Prepare and format strategic reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
Budget Coordination
 Collate inputs from finance, programs, and the APD core team.
 Assist in version tracking and timely submission of budget documents.
Proposal and Budget Review Support
 Review program team submissions for completeness and alignment with donor
and internal requirements.
 Maintain a clear repository of reviewed and approved proposals/budgets.

Compliance and Monitoring
 Track compliance requirements across functions and ensure timely reporting
with respective teams.
 Maintain dashboards or tracking sheets for ongoing compliance tasks.
 Follow up with teams on pending actions
Administrative Support for Board coordination
 Prepare the required documentation for the board meeting
 Ensure follow up of action points post the meeting
 Maintain the board communication repository
Data and Information Projects
 Support the execution of data-related initiatives in collaboration with the Head –
IT and programs team.
 Track progress of initiatives like “Force for Good” and assist with
documentation, data collation, and reporting.
