As a Vehicle Loan Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to actively promote and sell vehicle loan products to individual customers and businesses. You will be required to assess customers" financial situations in order to recommend suitable loan products that meet their needs. Guiding customers through the loan application process will also be a key part of your role, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and verified. Collaboration with dealership partners or automotive vendors will be essential to facilitate loan approvals and vehicle purchases. It will be important to maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates on loan applications and address any queries they may have. Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets set by management will be a key performance indicator. Ensuring compliance with lending regulations and internal policies is crucial in this role. You will be expected to prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis. Continuously updating your knowledge of vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings will be necessary to stay competitive in the industry. Working closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite loan approvals and disbursements will be a collaborative effort to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt service delivery.
