Executive - Finance

A finance professional with 3+ years of experience to support the Financial Accounting, reporting, and compliance functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong Accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure accurate financial records and strategic decision-making support.

Key Competencies:

• Financial Reporting:

  Assists in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and support audit requirements.

• Management Reporting:

  Prepares management reports and dashboards for financial analysis and decision-making.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

  Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis.

• Compliance & Controls:

  Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and liaising with consultants or authorities.

• Audit Coordination:

  Coordinates effectively with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of audits and resolution of audit queries.

• Account Reconciliation:

  Reconcile accounts and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.

• System Knowledge:

  Working knowledge of

  SAP

  preferred for financial reporting, reconciliations, and data management.
