Executive Facility And Logistic

The Facility & Logistics Executive at the corporate office is responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations and logistics support to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional working environment. The role involves handling administrative functions, coordinating office maintenance, vendor management, and providing logistics support across departments. Coordinate repair, maintenance, and AMC services for office infrastructure and equipment. Handle courier dispatch, inward/outward logistics, and inter-office material movement. Manage stock and inventory of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and housekeeping materials. Liaise with vendors for facility services such as pest control, security, electrical, plumbing, etc. Ensure proper functioning of utilities (electricity, water, internet, AC, etc.) and timely bill payments. Maintain records of facility operations, assets, and service schedules. Provide logistical and facility support during meetings, events, audits, and VIP visits. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene standards in the workplace. Coordinate seating arrangements, access control, and visitor management.
