Job Description

Graduate with min. 3 to 5 years experience in Handling EXIM Function,

Knowledge of Import/ Export function and procedures

Interaction with CHA for Import Customs Clearance

Interaction with S/Agent and Forwarders for imports

DSR & MIS report preparation

Interaction with the internal EXIM team of VOLTAS

Preparation of Import related documents i.e. Bonds, E Way Bills etc

Checking of vendor Invoices

Any other work as assigned by VOLTAS from time to time
