Job Description

The Executive is responsible for handling candidate queries via email and managing large datasets to support requests, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and effective communication to maintain seamless operations and high service levels.

Role Accountabilities

The Executive supports efficient service delivery by managing daily operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and to standard.
The role involves handling candidate enquiries, maintaining accurate data and reports, and delivering excellent customer service. It also requires collaborating with colleagues, supporting events or meetings, and ensuring compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements to maintain smooth and effective operations.

Role specific skills, knowledge and experience

The role requires at least one year of experience in IELTS or backend operations, with demonstrated experience in exam delivery or administration, customer service, and meeting tight deadlines. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication particularly in maintaining accurate records are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite is required. Experience working as part of a dispersed team and the ability to adapt positively to change will be an added advantage.
