Purpose of the Role The role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Manager for performing administrative tasks, managing appointments and travel scheduling, planning department events. Deliverable also includes supporting team for maintaining resources & infrastructure, managing stationary & other expenditures. Job Responsibility Dairy Management Prioritise meetings & appointments aligned to Department / HOD priorities Liase with the team on business plans & meetings Arrange meetings, coordinate attendees, room bookings, etc. Make travel and accommodation bookings Follow-up of actions as decided in meetings / given instructions Managing Information Communicate effectively on behalf of manager with internal / external contacts Keep self-informed about the work & activities of manager, proactively seeking information. Ensure proper documentation of key records, approvals, etc. General administration and management of confidential and sensitive information Maintain annual leave records for the team Other Service Support Handle enquiries / requirements from internal / external contacts. Manage maintenance & repair of available resources & infrastructure.
