Executive Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Engineer to oversee Utility & Maintenance operations in our pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing utilities, preventive & breakdown maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, USFDA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, preventive & breakdown maintenance of utilities such as:
• HVAC systems
• Water systems (WTP/RO/DM/Softener/ETP/STP)
• Compressed air systems
• Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and DG Sets
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and utilities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, EHS) to minimize downtime and support smooth operations.
• Maintain records, logbooks, and SOPs for audits and regulatory inspections.
• Monitor and control energy utilization to achieve cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Support in installation, qualification, and validation of utility equipment.
• Lead and guide junior engineers and technicians in maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in utilities & maintenance (preferably in pharmaceutical / healthcare / regulated industry).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, water systems, and utility equipment.
• Familiarity with WHO-GMP, EU-GMP, and USFDA guidelines.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
