Analytical Development Chemist

As an ADL Officer/Executive at our Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) located in Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to developing, validating, and executing analytical methods to ensure the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products. Your key responsibilities will include developing, optimizing, and validating analytical methods for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy while adhering to ICH guidelines. You will also be responsible for conducting routine quality control tests on pharmaceutical products, analyzing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products for various physical and chemical parameters. In addition, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and detailed laboratory records, preparing and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and analytical method documents, and ensuring regulatory compliance with GMP and GLP regulations. You will also be involved in the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and collaborate closely with formulation, R&D, and production teams to support product development and troubleshooting. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry) or Pharmacy, proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, FDA, EMEA), strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
