Executive - E Commerce (Return Operations)

As a Return Process Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing return data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will train and support staff on return processes and best practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Managing relationships with Marketplaces and Stores involved in the return process will also be a key part of your role. In addition, you will implement technology solutions to streamline the return process and enhance the overall customer experience. Handling escalations, inquiries, and complaints related to returns, as well as taking initiatives to reduce return rates and improve product quality will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will prepare reports and presentations for senior management on return operations performance. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2 to 4 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or customer service. A minimum qualification of Graduation/Masters in Supply Chain Management is required. Key skills and attributes for this role include a strong knowledge of omnichannel retailing and return processes, excellent organizational and time management skills, familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.,
