Executive - E Commerce (Return Operations)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing return data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will also train and support staff on return processes and best practices. Managing relationships with Marketplaces and Stores involved in the return process will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements is essential. Implementing technology solutions to streamline the return process and improve customer experience will also be part of your responsibilities. Handling escalations, inquiries, and complaints related to returns, as well as taking initiatives to reduce return rates and improve product quality, are important tasks. Additionally, you will prepare reports and presentations for senior management on return operations performance.
