As the EY GDS FS leader for Oracle and Enterprise Applications, your objective is to secure more business for EY by showcasing end-to-end solution capabilities, leveraging technology and process expertise, and sector knowledge to succeed in the market. You will lead the FS sector for Enterprise Applications, developing compelling solutions that drive innovation and offer differential advantages to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the business within the FS Sector, particularly focusing on Oracle and EA accounts managed by EY. Your role will involve leading the delivery of Transformation Projects on Oracle and Enterprise Applications for the FS Sector, owning FSO accounts and client relationships, and driving business growth across all FSO in the Americas. You will work closely with FSO Sector leaders to enhance solutions and drive business growth for EY in the sector, while also managing the overall growth team across Oracle and EA within FSOSectors. Key Responsibilities: - Managing and farming FSO accounts to generate additional business - Leading the pursuit, delivery, and quality excellence of Transformation Projects - Collaborating with various service lines to provide differentiated solutions - Leading the Oracle FSO team to develop GenAI powered solutions for ERP transformation in the FSO Sector Required Knowledge and Skills: - Strong ERP technical acumen in the FS Domain - Complex bid/pursuit management experience - Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and present solutions to CXOs - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on critical thinking Your role will involve fostering healthy relationships with EY member firm stakeholders, clients, and internal GDS competencies. Team management will be a key aspect of the role, with 200 resources working on FS projects reporting into the role, and 10 direct reports. In the next 2 Fiscal Years, a 25% growth in Hours and HC in FY26 is expected, with a total budget of up to 3 Mn USD to be handled by the role. The revenue impacted by the role is estimated at 25 Mn USD. This role is crucial for sustaining and growing the Oracle and EA business within the FSO sector, focusing on delivering impactful solutions and driving business growth.
