Role & responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in the Kannada language.
Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound voice calls, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints, feedback, and resolution outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to effectively address customer queries.
Requirements 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, Kannada verbally.
Proficiency in the Kannada language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
