Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Sr. Executive in the Customer Relationship department, specifically focusing on Post Sales and AMC Revenue Generation in the office equipment, automation, IT software & software services, electronic, security, and surveillance industry. Your primary work location will be in Ahmedabad (Prahladnagar), involving majorly inside sales with occasional client meetings. Your role will entail generating and augmenting AMC revenue, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering quality services. Key Responsibilities: - Keep track of warranty/AMC expiry dates and collaborate with the operations and accounts team to generate and renew AMC orders. - Establish and maintain relationships with end customers, reminding them about warranty/AMC expiry and initiating AMC discussions. - Reach out to decision-makers, lead post-sales revenue generation activities, share quotations, and secure continuous AMC orders from both new and existing customers. - Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to strategize bid management and proposal sharing for AMC orders. - Follow up on quotations/proposals, assist in sharing knowledge/status on leads/AMC contract pipeline, and ensure contract upgrades or renewals. - Manage account relationships, conduct effective account mapping, and generate demand to achieve client satisfaction and service quality. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation/Post Graduation (Technical Education such as B.Sc. IT, B.C.A IT/Computer/EC will be an added advantage). - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate AMC Revenue Generation, preferably in the IT software/hardware sales industry. - Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in software sales being preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective presentation skills. - Ability to interact with CXO-level individuals, understand client needs, and propose suitable solutions.
