Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints via email and calls with empathy and professionalism.
  • Ensure SLA and TAT adherence for timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain high quality standards in customer interactions.
  • Achieve and sustain strong Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Make outbound calls for escalated cases and ensure resolution.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complaints and drive fixes.
