Executive - Cross Sales

The role involves managing regional current customers and addressing their queries effectively. You will be responsible for generating local leads, following up with hot and warm leads to convert them into business opportunities. Continuous business planning for up-sales with existing customers will be a key aspect of this role. You must be able to suggest changes and amendments required in the product based on customer escalations. Travelling throughout the region is a planned activity to ensure better business operations understanding local requirements. Developing strong working relationships with customers through regular meetings is crucial to identify further sales and business development opportunities. Collaborating with Group marketing to create marketing campaigns that support the sales strategy is essential. Generating new business and promoting awareness of other company products are also part of the responsibilities. Expanding the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads and exceed sales targets is a key objective. Timely and effective report generation and submission to the Line Manager are expected.
