JOB TITLE: IMPLANT BGV EXECUTIVE Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Experience: 1 to 2 Years Industry: Background Verification Preferred: IMMEDIATE JOINERS About the Role We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Implant to manage and nurture key client relationships onsite. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and business growth. This position is pivotal in maintaining high service standards and ensuring a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities  Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.  Understand client requirements and coordinate internal service delivery to meet expectations.  Regularly monitor and review services provided, ensuring alignment with client standards.  Address client escalations promptly and effectively to ensure uninterrupted service.  Conduct periodic feedback and quality assurance checks to identify improvement areas.  Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management teams to enhance service delivery.  Identify gaps or shortcomings in the service process and implement corrective measures. Candidate Requirements  Graduate in Business Administration or a related field.  1–3 years of experience, preferably in the background verification or related service sector.  Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Team player with a client-first mindset and problem-solving ability.  Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work under pressure.  Professional, positive attitude with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
