Executive - Controls & Compliance

As a Control Testing Manager, your role involves performing control testing under SoX and ICoFR regulations. You will be responsible for managing controls documentation, ensuring compliance with best practices and applicable regulations, and leading remediation efforts for controls across all Group entities. Additionally, you will provide support in defining and maintaining an effective internal control framework for the Business tower under Indian Companies Act and SOX requirements. Your responsibilities also include driving dashboard reporting and audit efficiencies in alignment with the IT Tower, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance process workflows, and managing a team of SOX testers to ensure high-quality audit program delivery and career progression. Your qualifications should include a Graduate, B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance) degree, with professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, DISA, CSOE, or SOX related certification considered advantageous. Possessing an SAP certification is also beneficial for this role. To excel in this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in SOX testing, Risk and Controls, or Internal Audit, with a track record of working on business control testing and internal audit projects both independently and collaboratively. Your experience should include performing tests of design and operative effectiveness throughout complete audit cycles, managing multiple stakeholders and senior management to address risk-based issues and remediation. Furthermore, having experience in managing small teams, working on international SOX testing or ICOFR programs, and being part of Big 4 or cross-border control testing teams would be advantageous. If you have conducted risk-based control testing with SAP as the primary ERP, it would be an added advantage for this role.,
