Job Description

Milton if Hiring for Executive - Commercial role!

Job Location:

Role & responsibilities:

Monitor RM Stock
across all plants on a daily basis and plan raw material requirements accordingly.
Float enquiries for RM
and prepare detailed comparison sheets for evaluation.
Consolidate RM procurement planning
for all plants to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Coordinate with suppliers
for material availability and place orders as per requirement.
Follow up with suppliers
for timely account reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure timely delivery
of raw materials to meet production schedules.
Prepare and share Daily MIS reports
for management review.
Create Purchase Orders in SAP
accurately and in compliance with company standards.

Preferred Experience:

Polymer/ Plastics Raw Material procurement
Proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills (both verbal & email).
Working knowledge of SAP.
