Executive - Commercial

As an Executive - Commercial at Godrej Agrovet Limited (GAVL), you will be responsible for centralized pricing and commercial activities. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting detailed analysis related to pricing, such as benchmarking prices by category, region, and crop - Collaborating with marketing and regional teams on pricing decisions - Reviewing and analyzing brand-wise contribution for pricing decisions - Designing Scheme circulars for all regions in coordination with sales and marketing teams - Automating various Scheme calculations in SAP - Rolling out the centralized pricing initiative and updating the same in SAP - Handling regional variations through updating various discounts in SAP - Ensuring necessary updates and configuration changes are done in SAP - Exploring tools to automate scheme calculations - Supervising a team of executives by providing guidance, instructions, training, and leadership Qualifications Required: - Education: CMA/MBA in Finance - Experience: 2-3 years of relevant industrial experience post qualification - Well-versed with product-wise contribution working analysis - Strong business acumen for problem-solving - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Skills Required: - Detailed knowledge of SAP FICO module - Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) - Fluency in English and Hindi Godrej Agrovet Limited offers various benefits to its employees, including maternity support with paid leave and flexible work options, paternity support with paid leave, adoption support based on the primary caregiver, gender-neutral anti-harassment policy, comprehensive health insurance and accident coverage for you and your family, uncapped sick leave, mental wellness and self-care programs, structured recognition platforms for achievements, and performance-based earning opportunities.
